Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kyte Baby products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed, unworn items in original packaging within 45 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as clearance products and intimate apparel, are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
